Vector Brush Found in Document But Not In Brushes Panel

Hello. I have rediscovered some older files that have great vector brushes in them, but are no longer available in the vectors brush panel and have no idea why. Is there a way to find them elsewhere or should I duplicate them and add them back in as new brushes? When I select brush properties, it just states "Brush - Document Defaults" at the top. I was wondering if there is a folder or file somewhere hidden called "Document Defaults." Thank you in advance for your help in this!

I think the brushes you want can be downloaded via this dropbox link (mentioned in this post by staffer @Callum). Specifically, the brush shown in your post is the Embroidery brush in the Vector Brushes > Image - 1.6 set.
