Hello. I have rediscovered some older files that have great vector brushes in them, but are no longer available in the vectors brush panel and have no idea why. Is there a way to find them elsewhere or should I duplicate them and add them back in as new brushes? When I select brush properties, it just states "Brush - Document Defaults" at the top. I was wondering if there is a folder or file somewhere hidden called "Document Defaults." Thank you in advance for your help in this!

When I toggled "Lock Guides" on it works, but it doesn't have the same bold red and green lines as it did before and it doesn't snap easily into place either.

Thank you for your response. As I mentioned in my post, Snap is on. I will check Snap to Spread Midpoints enabled and Snap to Spreads on. Thank you Walt. Update: I did have those on. Does Lock Guides affect this setting?

After my last update, the center red and green snap guide lines are missing. I can't snap to center in either direction. Snap is on. Toggled on and off. Makes no difference.
