Does Affinity Provide Customer service?

Preferably in a manner that is more consistent to industry standards.

I mean forums are nice for a log, and getting users to answer each others problems.  but for a low end user like myself this is rather daunting to just try to get some assistance or feedback or anything.  How do I get support for my product?
