Does Affinity Provide Customer service? Preferably in a manner that is more consistent to industry standards. I mean forums are nice for a log, and getting users to answer each others problems. but for a low end user like myself this is rather daunting to just try to get some assistance or feedback or anything. How do I get support for my product?

Is there a format you want bug reports in or template? Not sure what information you want. a sticky page with the format you want these inquiries in would make things easier for the user and the operator. I have a bug to report it happens every time i use the software.

Hey there, I'm new to affinity photo. Was looking around on the forum, youtube wasn't much help either. I figured out how to create a brush, and edit brushes that are already installed. But how do I create a new category (e.g. Basic, Acrylics, Dry Metal, etc.) inside the brushes menu for my new brushes? or how do I compile a brush pack?
