So I bought Affinity Photo for Mac on the Apple Store and I wonder if there is a way to get Affinity Photo to my Windows Pc or my iPad?

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @Dhggz. :)

As per the Affinity Range FAQ, you need to purchase a separate licence for each platform.
