Fonts aren't correct

Please note that tracking values are per mille (‰), not per cent (%). In other words, thousandths rather than hundredths.

I would not recommend using tracking to "fix" these TNR kerning issues.
You will get text that looks like this (where the rest of the text is now messed-up):

The overall tracking is not the problem.
The kerning between a limited number of character pairs is the problem.
Which can be adjusted with manual kerning on just those pairs.

Messing with the overall tracking to fix the fl pair will break more than it fixes.
As the image above clearly demonstrates.
Unless you happen to like the o and w floating off in space. ;-)

I highlight the f, and then 110 - that makes a space between f and l and not the rest.

for me also not recommended for anybody using this tracking value, also I have given warning that the "O" and "W" became messed up, thanks for your further advise... 🙂
