[1.9.2.1035] File corrupt warning box on file change

@StuartRc I've managed to recreate the issue on the 1.9.2.1035 Release build now. The error message seems to appear on the second save even if you don't toggle back to the master file. I sometimes also get a corrupt file message too but I didn't see a crash. 

This issue has already been logged so I am updating it now to include the your information too. Thanks for persevering with it.

I was getting 2 crash areas
1. When trying to open the masterFile in Beta after it had been edited in Release build
2. By just leaving the Release Build file with the Alert box visible alone for a few minutes

There is some more info here but I am sure you have that already
