Designer permanent crash when adding live filter to assets

Steps

1. create a designer document
2. edit in photo
   1. create a gaussian blur live filter
   2. add a vector mask
3. edit in designer
4. Select the gaussian blur and mask in the layers panel
5. Select to add to assets
6. Designer crashes and can no longer be opened until assets files are deleted

 

Attached is the designer file.  Just select the gaussian blur and mask and attempt to add to the assets panel.

thanks for letting us know and thank you for the clear recipe. I've reproduced the issue and it has been logged with development.
