Massive performance issues in latest update

Whenever I move my cursor to any part of the interface, I get massive cursor lag.

Edit: To clarify, I mean when I mouse over to the buttons on the top, left, or any of the panels on the right. There is no lag while my cursor is in the stage area.

Edit 2: I have a 3090 and a 5600x and 64gb of ram and none of it is underperforming and none of it is anywhere near max utilization.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post.

Are you still having this trouble with the latest 1.9 update?  If so, can you try installing the beta from here and see if you have the same trouble.

The cursor lag resolved itself at some point but now both Designer and Photo are completely and totally unstable and unusable since the latest update. I just posted a separate post.
