It is my understanding that the workbooks have not been updated at all because they are considered by Serif to be still applicable to all the current release and Beta versions of all the apps. But it should only be about the little things and details, because the Workbook is about "work" procedures and instructions that are the same in the long run. Workbook is not a manual.
