Bert_auurk Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 What is the best practice to replace a pdf in Publisher: 1) Selecting the picture frame that contains the pdf and choosing 'replace image'? 2) Selecting the pdf inside the picture frame and choosing 'replace document'? Staff stokerg Posted May 21, 2021 Staff Share Posted May 21, 2021 Hi @Bert_auurk, When you have the Frame selected, this is seen as a picture, so you have the replace picture option. When you select the PDF thats in the frame, you now have a 'document' selected, which is why you get the replace document option. So they both technically do the same thing, it's just how Publisher see's what you've got selected at the time, which is why the option changes.
