Sharon Young
Hi everyone😊 I am using the trial version of Affinity photo. Today, I replaced a sky and saved the photo on my desktop. When I attempted to upload the photo to Facebook, my photo was grayed out. I can however still open it. Just wondering if it is because it is the trial version. Thanks in advance for any help. John Rostron
It looks as if the image that you have uploaded to Facebook is an .afphoto file. This is what you get when you Save or Save as from Affinity Photo. You presumably want to save as a .jpg file. Do this by using File > Export. This gives you the option of various file formats, and the option of controlling the jpg quality.
