Hi. Excuse my english :)

In Affinity Photo, for example, I go to Help > My Account. When I install one of the packs ("20 Fog Overlays by Paper Farms", for example), it gets installed somewhere on the "C:" drive.

My "C:" drive is quite small (I use it only for system files), and I need to install that content (it's some gigas) on other drive. Is there a way to change the installation folder?

Good queston i want also different location becouse i do backups. and my boot drive is thing what i dont fill such stuff.

 

AMD 7 7700X 64gigabytes ram 4Tb SSD for all kind projects. Affinity Apps v2 version. Windows 11 Pro.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @davgarrod76.

If you look at the FAQ at the bottom of this post, it will show you where that information is saved, in the "user" folder, depending on where you purchased the application. If you purchased directly from Serif it's in C:\Users\<your-username>\AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Photo\1.0\user and Affinity does not give you a way to change that.

You can change it using Windows functions, but it is not without risk and is not something that Serif would support if it doesn't work properly. You can see this post for a description of what I've done:
