@Gabe I understand now. It is not about particular dokument. The issue is appearing by differents documents. When I open document I see whole artboard, but when I start to scroll it looks like it is covered another layer like in the video. Sorry, I can't to explane it better. But since I upgrade to iOS Big Sur (three days ago) I didn't see it yet.

Hallo @Gabe, thank you, as well.

Please, I need one more help from you. When I create AD document of 2000 x 300 px for example, after exporting to png file by export persona it has 2000 x 301 px. So in addition after that I have to cut/decrease  that exported file.  I dont know if I am wrong with something. Can you help me please? Thank you.

Your artboard is most likely not positioned on whole pixels (integer value). Check its Y value in the Transform panel.

For future reference, please create a new post when you have a new, unrelated question to your original thread. :)

I have the exact same issue on macOS 10.9. Dragging a newly created art-board results in its fragmentation. The document is a dummy document with 1 more art-board, nothing special with randomly applied layers, strokes and masks. Uploading the screen recording, the document and the crash report.

Before that, I created a new art-board with the Artboard tool: that got the original object (which you see in the recording) stripped of its own art-board and the app crashed with the same report.
