Staff MEB Posted March 2, 2021 Staff Share Posted March 2, 2021 Hi @Mani Ratnam, Welcome to Affinity Forums This is most likelys an issue related with hardware acceleration. Can you please go to menu Edit > Preferences , Performance section, untick Enable OpenCL compute acceleration, restart the app and check if the export is now done correctly? If so that's the cause of the issue. We hope to have this fixed in the next update. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software

giowanda
after developing and saving as I exported to jpeg. Notice those white lines. The lines disappear if I reopen the affinity file and make a small change. Why? Thank you
Hangman
Hi @giowanda and welcome to the forums, If you turn Hardware Acceleration off under the Performance Settings in Affinity Photo (or whichever app you're using), re-boot the app and re-export the file the lines should no longer appear...
