Beta set the default opening app to itself

This is annoying. Installing Beta automatically changes the Default opening app to the Beta away from the previous Release.

That is not how macOS usually works, and it has not been that way in my experience. In any case, it is not an issue Serif can really change since this is an OS-level feature. You can just make the non beta the default.
