This not happens when the same text is Top Aligned. How to perfectly align text to the top? text is Bottom Aligned here text is Top Aligned HOW TO ELIMINATE THIS GAP? Joachim_L Posted February 17, 2021 Share Posted February 17, 2021 The gap is "part" of the font. If you scroll through the fonts you will see, that some fonts are nearer to the top. Have a look at the Text Frame panel >> Vertical Position >> Initial advance. Changing to Cap Height could work. If it needs to remain editable use the character panel to adjust the baseline setting.
