Export Preset Setup greyed out

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm having one problem with affinity photo. I can' add a new custom export setup, why that option is greyed out? I'd like to create a preset for JPG, Quality 100, No metadata and ICC Profile. I attach a screenshot (sorry if the language isn't English) where I underlined in red the things that I have changed. Thanks for your help!

Weird, I think we used to be able to do this.

For now you'll have to set up and save the Presets in the Export Persona, then you can select it in the File > Export section.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

This is a known issue in 1.9.0 and will be fixed very shortly in a 1.9.1 update

I’m not very expert, but I have to do the same thing but in export persona instead of photo persona?

Make your preset in the Export Persona and it is available in the File > Export ... menu from the Presets there for JPEGs or what ever else you chose, PNGs PDFs etc.
