Frame text grouping bug

Recommended Posts

Maybe I've just toggled something on, but when I try to group a frame text element with something else, the text gets huge.
Artistic text works fine though (see video). I don't think I experienced this while using 1.8.

I can of course change the size after it's been grouped, but it would be nice to be able to group it without that extra step.

Edit: I did some experimenting, and it seems to happen if I've used the "scaling knob" for the frame text element (see second video).

Hi @SuperSunshine21

It's a known bug that has been fixed in the current beta and will be fixed in the next patch release

In the meantime, you can just create the group without the text component then drag the text into the group

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Thanks for the quick reply, and sorry for not checking the FAQ first. Will be sure to do from now on.
