Carlos2021
Hi, There seems to be a problem and I think it is since the latest upgrade. I open an image in Affinity Photo, press Ctrl J to duplicate the layer, then when I ckilck on Unsharp Mask, the little box comes up to adjust the sharpness which I do, but when I press APPLY it goes back to the unsharpened image as before. This does not happen if i use the blur tool, and did not happen before I did the upgrade. Can anyone help please?

Carlos2021
Thanks for your reply John, it works at 100%, I wonder why that is. Just one thing, what is the VISIBILTY ICON please?

Just one thing, what is the VISIBILTY ICON please? In the Layers panel, at the right-hand edge of each layer there is a tickbox. This is a toggle. Click to change visibility. Affinity Photo displays what are called mipmaps at zoom levels below 100%. These are scaled-down versions of your document for rapid display. Always use 100% for any critical assessment.
