The app was downloaded from Microsoft Store. Is.Me Posted February 5, 2022 Share Posted February 5, 2022 (edited) FIXED in 5 Hi All, Sad to say this is my first post and I searched the forum and could only find this thread. I bought the Affinity Designer and was using the trial and put my product key in and no problems, then I tried registering the product with no progress. I then decided to downloaded the purchased program (not to install yet), and removed the trail program and I still can not register my product? Any help would be much appreciated. My Fix was to install the "affinity-designer-customer-beta-1.10.5.1282" I had the "affinity-designer-1.10.4" installed. Now I'm off and running. When is it expected to be solved? It is resolved in the 1.10.5 beta for Windows, and so should be resolved in 1.10.5 retail version when it becomes available, probably soon. Are you saying that the workaround in the FAQ (above) does not work for you? It works for most Windows users (and this is a Windows topic).
