marroon Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 Hi, The registration dialog doesn't work (it never work on 1.9 beta too). I'll try to connect to my account. I have the loading for 2 seconds and Affinity Publisher crash with no error dialog. The software just shut down... We're currently looking into some issues which seem to be affecting a small number of customers when attempting to register. I've just got a couple of questions if that's ok: Did you purchase the app via the Microsoft Store? What version of Microsoft Store do you have running (found towards the bottom of the Settings page)? What's the version number of c:\windows\system32\RuntimeBroker.exe?
