Hi,

The registration dialog doesn't work (it never work on 1.9 beta too).

I'll try to connect to my account. I have the loading for 2 seconds and Affinity Publisher crash with no error dialog. The software just shut down...

I'm alone with this problem ?๐Ÿ˜Š

[EDIT] On the Affinity website, I have nothing ๐Ÿ˜ช

Hi @marroon,

Thanks for reporting this. We're currently looking into some issues which seem to be affecting a small number of customers when attempting to register. I've just got a couple of questions if that's ok:

  1. Did you purchase the appย via the Microsoft Store?
  2. What version of Microsoft Store do you have running (found towards the bottom of the Settings page)?
  3. What's the version number ofย c:\windows\system32\RuntimeBroker.exe?

  1. I purchase the app directly on Serif Store.
  2. Edition = Windows 10 Home โ€” Version of Windows = 20H2 โ€“ Version of OS = 19042.789 โ€” Experience = 120.2212.551.0
  3. RuntimeBroker.exe = 10.0.19041.76

Hi @Dan again,

I solved the problem !

I had to run the software as an Windows administrator so that the application did not crash. So i can log into my account ! Everything works for me now !
