Shortcut to convert text frame back to shape?

Is there a shortcut or command to convert text frames back to shapes? I realise the workflow usually goes the other way but I keep inadvertently converting shapes behind text frames while using the text tool.

AFAIK there is no shortcut defined as default for Convert to Curves, but you can easily set this up in Preferences >> Keyboard Shortcuts >> Publisher >> Layer.

Edit > Undo

If you have already made other edits in the meantime, copy those objects to clipboard first, then Undo, then paste your new objects.

If you have e.g. a rounded rectangle as a shape, it will also convert the editable corners to shapes. So quite often, that's not something you may want to use.
