E9B6
Why, when creating a new document, is there no 'retrieve margins from printer' option? This means you have to enter spread setup after cresting new, and modify it there, where this option is given. Seems un-necessary to have to do this. Honestly I never used this "feature", because the retrieve-margins-from-printer function is limited to the default printer. If I want to retrieve the margins from another printer I have to make this printer the default one. So what about making your own presets or templates? Staff Dan C Posted January 8, 2021 Staff Share Posted January 8, 2021 Hi @E9B6, Many thanks for your report! I can confirm this is already logged as a bug with our developers, as I see no reason why this option should not also be available on the New Document dialog. I will 'bump' this report with your post now, I hope this helps
