Britt.H Posted January 1, 2021 Share Posted January 1, 2021 Hello, I'm using Designer 1.8.5.703 on a Window 10 PC When I click on help from the menu and select “Affinity Designer Help” or when I just press F1 I see a Designer icon is added to my windows taskbar but no help info is displayed on my screen. When I right click on the that icon in my taskbar the only option is “x close window”. I rebooted my PC and tried again with the same results. I’m not sure when this started, this is the first time I have opened Designer is a number months. I use Affinity Photo often without any issues. Any help much appreciated, suggestions ?? walt.farrell Posted January 1, 2021 Share Posted January 1, 2021 I think that the Affinity Help is displayed using Internet Explorer (IE). Or, perhaps you've done something to disable IE on your system? Or perhaps you need to reset it.
