Hello and welcome,

hard to tell without seeing your Affinity file (I'm just assuming Affinity Designer here since you named Inkscape which deals mainly with vectors too) and it's layer structure setup. From that cam shot it looks like those red shape layers are seperate arranged ones, which aren't aligned properly together. So parts might be offset in positioning.

Further when you say image, do you mean a bitmap/raster image or some vector drawing here? - Also it might be general helpful to know which concrete Affinity app and version number you used and on which operating system, so people can better help you.

Ok, so you used a vector drawing in Designer. - If you use the Zoom tool (see a magnifying glass icon on the toolbar) in Designer and zoom in several steps in Designer, is the vector drawing of those roses then still correctly aligned as lines (those longer red shapes there), or do they show up displaced (offset) then?

Hi Sorry for the delay. I've zoomed in and it shows perfectly aligned. It's very strange as shows aligned on the screen but changes when printed. I wondered if new printer was at fault hence why I tried Inkscape but that printed out perfectly.

You probably have to test with other graphics documents too, if this happens regulary or just on certain files/drawings. - If it prints just fine from Inkscape, then it's more some Affinity Designer related problem when printing.

Try rasterize image/document before printing.
