Publisher - Best way to create a description list with images?

I'm writing an RPG and I wanted to find a better way of styling the following paragraphs. Right now I have 1 Text Area for each Attribute, with 2 columns: 1 column for the image, and the other for the paragraph. Before that I was using tables, but found they were lacking control about the spacing between each paragraph.

Is there a better way to achieve this?

You could try using the Pinning function for the images, they can have a Text Wrap applied to them.
