JoonCat
I don't spend a lot of time on Affinity Designer even though I've had it on my computer for years. Now, I wanted to start using it to create illustrations for a children's book. And so, whenever I drew one or two lines and connected them end to end or even a simple circle or other shapes, and then use the pressure graph to adjust the line width, there is this problem as shown in the picture attached here. I don't know if it is a bug, but It's probably a very common issue that could be easily solved. The thing is, I can't remember how it is solved. I tried to join the the two ends together but it doesn't smooth it out. How do I solve it? I'm a Windows User and I'm using the 1.8.5 version of AD. Thanks. Joining the ends together should solve the problem. What steps did you take to (try to) join them? Dazmondo77
Looks like you have two separate strokes - goto your layers panel, select both strokes and click on the 'join curves' button in the tool specific toolbar above the art board Quote Mac Pro Cheese-grater (Early 2009) 2.93 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon 48 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC Ram, Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5, Ugee 19" Graphics Tablet Monitor Triple boot via OCLP 1.4.3 - Mac OS Monterey 12.7.3, Sonoma 14.1.1 and Mojave 10.14.6 Affinity Publisher, Designer and Photo 1.10.5 - 2.4.0 Betas 2.5.0(2430) www.bingercreative.co.uk
