Ferodo
I recently (1st May 2020) downloaded and bought Affinity photo from the Apple App Store which is now installed in my iMac. I have recently also bought a MacBook Air and have downloaded and installed Affinity photo on that too, as a trial, but I have lost my product code for Affinity and therfore can't establish it permanently on the MacBook Air. Is there any way that I can retrieve my product please?
walt.farrell
As you purchased from the Mac App Store, you do not have a product code; the license is tied to your Apple ID. All you should need to do on your MacBook Air is login to the Mac App Store using the same Apple ID you used for the purchase on the iMac, and install Affinity Photo to your new machine from there. Ferodo
Fantastic, Walt, it worked perfectly logging into the Apple app Store and downloading from there. It actually told me that it was free because I had bought a version previously ! I could have sworn I had a product code... but there you go, we get that many codes and passwords in use we foget exactly what we have got! Thanks ever so much for your help
