domgutier
My arrrows look really bad. Are there any resources for templates for shapes like arrows, or even charts or figures with legends? I am not a graphic designer and am just using this to make paper figures. I want to learn at somepoint so I don't feel like I'm a kindergarten kid thats just copy and pasting but also I need stuff to look good fast and my figures look far from professional right now. Alfred
Can you tell us a little more about the kind of arrows you want to use? If you need something more than arrowhead line ends, you can construct almost any kind of arrow by Boolean adding suitable shapes together. The Resources section of the forums is really for sharing resources with other members, not for requesting help. Perhaps a moderator will move the thread to the Questions section. domgutier
I want simple straight and curved line arrows. Like this but some shorter or longer. If the template allows me to change color and thickness without compromising the curve or symmetry of the arrow that would be great.
GarryP
You can add arrowheads to a line or curve via the Stroke Panel (or related pop-up where appropriate); see attached video. If that’s not what you need then you may need to give us more information about your specific requirements. 2020-10-16 14-58-45.mp4

Geoff777
You could try looking through your fonts too, some of them have some pretty cool arrows and simple graphics, for example Zapf Dingbats or a lot of the standard fonts. In Designer, convert to curves and then separate the curves, and you can probably get it just how you want.
