Don Weiss Posted October 9, 2020 Share Posted October 9, 2020 I need my index to have contain both upper and lower case versions of the same entry like this: penstemon foxglove, 47 Penstemon P. digitalis, 47 P. pallidus, 47 Whenever I create a new index entry, it apparently will take the case from whichever parent topic was created first and refuse to create new parent entry with the different case. Myself and a few colleagues have been looking into this issue and it appears as though this isn't possible currently, without manually correcting the index, post creation. I will however move this thread to the Feedback section of our forums, for our devs to see and consider, as I can certainly see the use case where and Index should be able to differentiate these characters.
