rgwhitaker Posted October 7, 2020 Posted October 7, 2020 Hello. When exporting an image to PNG, and then attempting to use the image within the slider of my WordPress site, the image is blurry. Not only blurry, but there's a color shift. What should be white appears as dingy gray. I tried with Illustrator and the image appeared perfectly. Can AD export without bluring? slider_3.afdesign slider_1.afdesign slider_2.afdesign Quote
Staff stokerg Posted October 8, 2020 Staff Posted October 8, 2020 Hi rgwhitaker, I'm not sure why that would be happening but it sounds like Wordpress is processing the image in some way. On the Export window in Designer can you click on the More button and uncheck Embed Metadata and also embed colour profile. Then export and try that version on your site.. Quote
rgwhitaker Posted October 8, 2020 Author Posted October 8, 2020 OK. I do not have an option for Embed Metadata (see attached image). Did you mean uncheck Embed ICC Profile? Quote

From your screenshot, it looks like you have not scrolled all the way to the bottom of the "More" dropdown. SteveDe Posted October 11, 2020 Posted October 11, 2020 What a timely post! I've been asking the same question. Unchecking the two option boxes seems to do the trick for me. I hope it works for "rgwhitaker" too. Thanks! Quote
