JD1
Hi, loading a TIFF file in AP Mac. Image shows up with the left half correct (upright), however the right half is inverted (upside down) This file loads correctly in Mac Preview app. I have found at least one other file that loads similarly. Some other TIFF files created at the same time (scans) load correctly in AP. Any ideas why this occurs, and how to solve it please?
Staff stokerg Posted October 5, 2020 Staff Share Posted October 5, 2020 Hi JD1, Could you attach the tiff file? I've seen an issue similar to this but the whole image is flipped, not just one corner. If you'd rather not attach the image, please upload it to our Dropbox here

QA have logged this with the Development team, so hopefully it's something they can resolve. We've got a link back to this thread in the report so can update here when there's movement on the report

JD1
Hi, what else is possible on this issue? Still happening, unable to do any editing at all for the images that load like this.
Staff MEB Posted December 10, 2020 Staff Share Posted December 10, 2020 Hi JD1, Welcome to Affinity Forums We are still looking into this issue. Meanwhile if you open the file in Apple Preview and go to File > Save, it will fix the orientation issues/loading into Affinity Photo until we have a fix.
