Staff Chris B Posted October 2, 2020 Staff Share Posted October 2, 2020 Hey foxyomp, Where are you saving the file to? Is it local or cloud? If you're trying to the cloud, try your local HDD instead. Also, how are you saving? Are you giving it a new name or selecting an existing file to overwrite? It might be worth giving us a dump file when you get the freeze. You can get this from Task Manager and then right-click the Affinity icon > Create dump. Finally, make sure you try restarting the machine and ensure there's no pending Windows updates etc. If that fails, try resetting the app: Affinity Store - Go to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\1.0 and rename 1.0 to 1.1 or Microsoft Store - Go to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\1.0 (Store) and rename 1.0 to 1.1 You can acccess the AppData folder by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard and then just type %AppData% As a last resort, try the beta as I would not want you to be stuck over the weekend when support is limited: Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
