Hi,
we are UK book publishers looking at Affinity Publisher.Three questions:
1. It appears Affinity can import IDML files, but can it also export them?
(we would need this feature to convert to Affinity, as, following international rights deals, 100% of overseas publishers request files as IDMLs)
2. Can Affinity import/export Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher files?
(not so critical but it would make Affinity highly useful to us)
3. Is there a full IMPORT/EXPORT list somewhere?
Many thanks for your time!
John Martineau.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

1. Import only.

2. Import only.

3. https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/publisher/full-feature-list/ has the list (spread across several sections, but "Professional Color, Compatibility, and Output" probably is the best for your question.
