Lawrence
Title says it all. Seen it in Illustrator but wondering if there is anything similar in Designer, please? Quote Regards, Lawrence
GarryP
Unfortunately, for me, the title does not say it all, maybe because I’ve never used Illustrator. Would you be able to give us more information about what you want the grid for and what you expect to be able to do with it? Staff Callum Posted September 14, 2020 Staff Share Posted September 14, 2020 Hi Lawrence, I'm in the same boat as GarryP I'm afraid. You can create a grid by using View > Grid and Axis Manager. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
Lawrence
Hi Garry, Callum My mistake on this one. Yes, the Grid Axis Manager and even worse, I had the wrong app! Man that's embarrassing.... 😊 Your reply, not knowing anything other than the title was insightful. As an aside, I was using Apple Motion and using their glyph tool to manipulate text. When you click on a letter, it places a grid over it and allows parameters to be changed to the default grid or a user defined version. But it's Apples and Oranges, so no worries. Damn I feel dumb! 😁 Quote Regards, Lawrence
