Dr.bloodSpinat2000 Posted September 8, 2020 Share Posted September 8, 2020 Hi there. Unfortunately, I'm having the ongoing issue that I can't open or import anything out of my dropbox. I only get an error message back. Something about that there was an unknown error, and please try again. I'm having the exact same issue with the Affinity Designer App, by the way. So what I tried so far is: • deleting and reinstalling the Affinity Apps • deleting and reinstalling the Dropbox App • log in and out from Dropbox • iPad restart after doing all of this, it seems to work for like a day or so, but then it goes back to having that error. Strangely though, sometimes I have to press the "try again" button in the error message multiple times, and then I got into my dropbox. But this happens very rarely. I'm (trying to) working with an iPad Pro 12,9" 4. Generation with OS 13.6.1 The screenshot is in german language, but it says: Content is not available. The folder content cannot be shown because of an unknown issue. Try again I hope you guys have any more suggestions for me. Thanks in advance. Since there was an update for the Dropbox app on iPad yesterday (sep 9.), so far, everything works now. So I would guess that this issue is to search on their end?
