Marcus Octavian
Greetings, I have been working with the apply image filter and have never used something like the equations pallet. Is there some place I can get a rough outline on how expression are expressed, looking to blend channels in at different percentages and things of that nature. Many thanks
John Rostron
Look in help for "Expressions for field input". Or try this link. Marcus Octavian
Thanks John, This helps but I'm still looking for something a little more comprehensive. I would like to know how to properly add a string that would blend the blue channel into the red at 50 percent. John Rostron

How about DR = SR + SB/2 ? Marcus Octavian
Thanks for that information it absolutely worked. I was also interested in the syntax, I’m not very familiar with mathematical expressions but from what I see and from what I was told they are very similar to excel functions. A simple search for Excel Formula Syntax can get you started on some pretty good channel blending Thanks again for everyone’s help
