green ghost rectangle left on screen after attempted file window combine (only experienced in Designer thus far)

When I start to (usually accidentally) drag one window into another, then stop, a green translucent rectangle the size of the dragged window appears, and nothing I do will make it go away except restarting Designer.

Hi Spinhead,

I've reproduced this and will get it passed on to development. It seems to happen when dragging a document out from a tabbed window of open documents. I found selecting the original frame to make it go away instead of just closing Designer. See attached video.
