In my humble opinion,

1.- Locked groups shouldn't be able to be deleted on the layer's panel.

2.- Layers cointained in locked groups shouldn't be able to be deleted or moved individually from the rest of the elements on their group.

3.- Locked elements situated on unlocked groups shouldn't move when the whole gruop does.

3.- When working with groups that cotain a HUGE number of elements... it's quiet useful that the layer's panel could "jump" and focus the selected layer, even if that layer is out of sight on screen because the vast list on them.

4.- When the opacity of a group it's 50%, shouldn't all the elements contained on that group atutomatically be labeled as 50% opacity as long as they belong to that group (by hierarchy)?

* I call "groups" to those layers who contain others.

I understand that every of these points maybe has good and bad things, but it's all about the program's language an finding the best behaviour for handling it.
