Kiddo
Hi! Since I updated to the latest version (on Windows) the healing brush in the Photo Persona seems to have a different functionality. The program suggests I hold crtl+alt to set a source, which I do. However, every time I click a source (while holding down ctrl+alt) the cursor switches to a different selection (either rotation, shape/spacing or width/hardness). Unfortunately I can't make screenshots because my pc does not allow this while holding down ctrl+alt. It's no longer possible to select a source as the program suggests, so I'm currently not able to use the healing brush. I'm on the same layer as I was while using the version before this one. Is anybode experiencing the same or has done so in the past? Any suggestions? All the best, Kiddo Edited August 6, 2020 by Kiddo
carl123
Try holding down just the ALT key and then click to set a source Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. Not ctrl. This isn't new btw. As far as I know it always needed a source point that you could specify by holding alt and clicking. Maybe you're mixing it up with the inpainting brush? Kiddo
Wow I totally missed that. I think I always used ctrl + alt while selecting a source but since the update, the ctrl adds a different functionality. Thanks for the quick replies! Note to self: rtfm :-).
