I am talking about the latest update on Afficity Photo -- 1.8.4. I am using an iMac17,1 running IOS Catalina 10.15.6. Sequence is: Open photo in Af photo, make adjustments, save. Go to print. Box then freezes with continuous coloured circle rotating. Never stops. Nothing will shift it. Other parts of computer working but unable minimise Photo. Only solution is to force quit and totally shut down computer. Should say that until this latest upgrade all was working perfectly. I can print from other programmes without problem.

@Robin Gurney I've done some testing to an Epson and Canon printer from Affinity Photo (1.8.4) on macOS Catalina and everything was fine. What is the make and model of your printer, have you tried reloading your printer drivers as these are used within the Print dialogue as its provided by the OS.

apologies for not getting back to this earlier. We've been away for a few ays. On return, things seem to have righted themselves and I am now able to print. Still don't know what caused problem but all OK at the moment. If it happens again I will return to this post. Thanks for suggestions.
