Explaining the Terminology?

Hi, Being a newb I was wondering where I could find some info that explains the terminology used for both the Photo app, and the Designer app. Affinity may have it available already, and I've not found it yet, or it may just be something one picks up as one goes along, I don't know. It may help speed things up for us newbs, if that's possible. ;)

 

I'm having a good time learning how to use these apps, and I'm very grateful someone(s) has finally uncorked the financial bottle neck that, I'm sure, has stifled so much creativity.

Have you read through Affinity Photo's built-in help? There's a section called Workspace that will walk you through the main tools, panels and UI. This should get you up to speed  :)We also have a Beginners Guide video that takes you through the basics of the App that can be found here. If you have any specific questions you would like to have answered don't be afraid to ask! I hope this helps :)
