YVAS Posted July 22, 2020 Share Posted July 22, 2020 I can open existing files but when I try to open a new file Designer freezes and can only be closed by using the Task Manager. I updated Designer and Publisher with the new version 1.8.4.693 and it was possible to open a new document for a few times. Now again Designer and Publisher freeze when I try to open a new document. I cannot select document dimensions or a preset. After clicking on File > New nothing is working anymore and I can only close the application with the Task Manager.
