Hi Gabe, I have re-installed Designer and Publisher and the issue is solved.

Hi Gabe, Sorry for my late reply. I updated Designer and Publisher with the new version 1.8.4.693 and it was possible to open a new document for a few times. Now again Designer and Publisher freeze when I try to open a new document. I cannot select document dimensions or a preset. After clicking on File > New nothing is working anymore and I can only close the application with the Task Manager.

Designer freezes with open a new file

YVAS posted a topic in V1 Bugs found on Windows

I can open existing files but when I try to open a new file Designer freezes and can only be closed by using the Task Manager. Uninstall and install Designer again didn't solve this issue. Version: 1.8.3 641 My Operating system: Windows 10
