No, there is no option for exporting to Indesign. IDML export would be extremely useful. In many ways Serif is locked up on their own proprietary file formats. I see the arguments for not opening the file formats, but a proper exchange to other "worlds" is definitely needed.

I cannot speak about other versions than ID CS6, but perhaps a simple copy and paste is working (with "Copy items as SVG" in preferences enabled) in newer versions of Indesign?
