I bought Affinity Photo but I have not received the key product yet

If you sign into your Affinity account, you can go to Menu > My Account > Downloads & Product Keys and your product key will be listed under "Affinity Photo".

I haven't purchased anything from the Affinity store in a while so I can't remember if your account is automatically created when you purchase a product and the product key appears immediately after purchase, but I'm assuming that both of these are true.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

You can purchase Photo from one of 4 different stores: Serif Affinity Store, Microsoft Store, Mac App Store, or the iOS Store. You haven't said where you purchased.

Unless you purchase from the Serif Affinity Store you do not get a product key. For the other 3 stores your purchase is validatd by those manufacturer's stores, using the identity you established with them, and no product key is needed or provided.

Ok, I'm feel embarrassed because I bought a Affinity Photo first time throught Microsoft Store, and later I bought The same product by the affinity official site so I could have the product key... but the result is I paid twice the same product. I learned that if you purchase affinity photo by Microsoft Store you it's not necessary enter the product key.

You can request a refund from the Affinity store if you haven't already. Their returns policy states:

Quote

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Affinity purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within a 14 day period after receipt of your product to receive a full refund. Please email affinityreturns@serif.com with your name, order number and reason for returning the item to begin the process. If you are returning a physical item a returns label will be emailed to you for printing. If you do not have access to a printer, a physical label can be despatched to you upon request. After receipt of the return at Serif, a refund will be authorised within 2-3 days.

Please note – postage and packaging charges for returns of physical items are your responsibility. We strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us, as we won’t be able to process your refund until we receive the item.
