Blue selection box stuck over document windows

Hi folks,

Anyone else encountered this weird bug in Affinity Designer? I selected a large area of the document and the selection box just 'froze'. I could still move the mouse and even move between windows, but the blue box remained there, overlaying everything I did. I quit and reopened and it vanished.

This could have been a redraw issue but its hard to say has this happened again since?

This happens to me when I have floating windows and I move one around over another one and affinity thinks I want to merge them and if I don't want to and move it back then the blue squares stays. It's so annoying. I always have to quit when this happens. I did a search so that I can fix it but this the only forum I found that talks about it. It happens in both affinity photo and designer.
