stevemwallace
I'm pretty sure dispersion brushes were available in Photo at one point but they have disappeared from my version in the Mac Book Pro. I have the latest version. I tried the control key reset trick and searched the web and this forum. Has anyone else run in to this? TIA
walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, Steve. I don't recall ever seeing a brush category for dispersion brushes, at least not as a standard part of any of the Affinity products since 1.6. However, searching the forum for dispersion brush I found this: If you had previously installed that set of brushes, and you've ever done the "control key reset trick" you may have lost them, as that could reset all the brushes so only the default ones area available. Then you'd need to reinstall them. stevemwallace
Thanks, yes I ran across that post but couldn't locate anything but PS brushes there now. Maybe it was a 3rd party brush I've lost.
catlover
Here are dispersion (disintegration) brushes. They are .abr files and can be imported into Photo. I don't remember dispersion af-brushes either. 20_Disidegration_Brushes_abr_2.zip stevemwallace
stevemwallace
Feel a bit embarrassed about this, those brushes on that site brusheezy.com work with Affinity. Figured I'd try them out and it's what was "missing." Cat lover I'll try those you posted also. Thanks for the replies!!
