Pashan Posted April 28, 2020 Posted April 28, 2020 Can't go to the Document Setup app getting stuck. A lot of bugs on Affinity Designer. Even can't create custom preset. App is automatically closing. Please fix AFFINITY !!!!!! 2020-04-28_16-50-11.mkv Quote
Staff Sean P Posted April 28, 2020 Staff Posted April 28, 2020 Hi Pashan, Does this happen on any document? It sounds like the dialog has opened up on what could have been a secondary screen. If you press Escape on the keyboard after going into the Document Setup can you then return to using the application? Pashan 1 Quote

Staff Sean P Posted April 28, 2020 Staff Posted April 28, 2020 In which case could you close down Affinity and then go to %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\ and rename the '1.0' folder to '1.0 old'. Once you've done that restart Affinity - does the Document Setup dialog still fail to appear? Quote
Staff Sean P Posted April 29, 2020 Staff Posted April 29, 2020 Hi Pashan, Could you attach a document you are getting this with please? Quote

Staff Sean P Posted May 1, 2020 Staff Posted May 1, 2020 Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce this, so it definitely seems specific to your machine! What kind of setup are you using? Is it a Desktop PC with 1 or 2 monitors or is it a Laptop with an additional monitor? If its a laptop with an additional monitor, is that currently switched on? What screen resolutions are you using?
